Our Policy

We take pride in the condition of our vehicles and would like to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. Due to its subjectively offensive odor and infiltrating character, smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Underage consumption of alcoholic beverages, drug use, and/or any illegal activity will not be tolerated. If the chauffeur determines that any person in the vehicle is not adhering to these standards the ride will be immediately terminated and the customer will be responsible for payment in full. Any damage to the vehicle incurred during carriage whether accidental, intentional, or otherwise neglectful inflicted by the client or the guests thereof is the responsibility of the credit card holder named on the reservation. There is a $200 fine for incidents involving accidental illness.

G-Force Limousine is not responsible for items lost or left behind in vehicles. Please notify our office immediately if you fear you may have forgotten something so we may assist in locating and returning it to you. Prompt notification is crucial. G-Force Limousine is not liable for consequences that may result from transportation delays due to excessive traffic conditions, extreme weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance. In the rare and unforeseen event of mechanical failure, G-Force Limousine reserves the right to substitute any vehicle ordered with one of equal or greater value
