When our customers request a price quote, it is plain and simple. G-Force adds no hidden or surprise fees, no gas surcharges, taxes, tolls or administrative charges. Company related charges are built-in to our pricing. Isn’t this the way it should be? This aids our customers in comparative price-shopping. G-Force Limousine treats its chauffeurs generously eliminating the responsibility of the client to offer standard gratuity. This system alleviates stresses, and social pressures for our customers and third-party reservations involving the corporate traveler and/or host.

If you feel your chauffeur has provided you with exceptional service and you would like to personalize your interaction further with supplemental gratuity, you may certainly do so. Your chauffeur should relay to you that although it is greatly appreciated it is by no means necessary or expected

G-Force Limousine offers discounted rates for transportation to and from medical and dental appointments. Please call 24 hours in advance for best availability. We are committed to our patrons. Clients who establish accounts receive preferential discounts on sedan pricing. It is recommended to place reservations the same day price quotes are given. Availability is limited and may sell out quickly. Pricing is not guaranteed until the actual reservation is made and confirmed.

Travel time, waiting time, stop charges, client instigated out-of-route digressions, parking fees to sporting events/concerts, and similar expenses are associated with client specific usage and are additional costs to the customer. Deposits are required for certain reservation types including weddings, proms, and popular/low availability time frames, and are non-refundable. Specific per vehicle deposit amounts will be determined at the time of reservation.

• Stop Charges for out-of-route digressions/mid-route waiting requiring less than 15 min of standing/driving time are $20.
• Special event parking fees must be paid for in cash by the client at the time of collection.
• Waiting time on flat rate transfers is accrued at $1/min. with a grace period of 10 min. from the reserved time of pick-up.
• Travel time: Some pick-up/ drop-off locations have associated travel time charges depending on distance from vehicle origin. Please ask an associate for details.
• Airport pick-ups: Clients have a 20 min grace period from the actual flight arrival time (determined by the airline’s automated flight arrival system) to arrive at their reserved vehicles before accruing wait time at $1/min. International arrivals have a 30 min grace period.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made on sedans and SUV’s must be made with at least 2 hrs advance notice or a minimal fee of $50 will be assessed. If the reserved pick-up location is outside the Boston area and cancellation is made with less than 2 hrs advance notice, full charges are assessed. Specialty vehicles such as stretch limousines, etc. require non-refundable deposits determined at the time of reservation.
